Steam Baths & Sauna

We blend a light eucalyptus oil with our steam to help open up your pores and sinuses. After you've spent some time in our steam baths, relax in our hot sauna to detoxify your lymphatic system. The sauna is equipped with benches (the higher you sit, the hotter you are) and buckets of cool water for relief.

Lake Steam Baths in Denver, Colorado, offers massage therapy, reflexology, salt scrubs, and body detox footbaths in a fun, old-world environment. General admission covers the use of the whirlpool, sauna, steam room baths, and showers.

Hydrotherapy

Take a COOL shower and have a relaxing dip in our hot tub. Spending between 5 to 15 minutes in each area soothes the body in layers—starting with the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and finally the bones.
